We should probably take down the tabs section of this forum, because we don't want people learning to play shitty bazan covers on their nylon string acoustic guitars for their friends to get the wrong idea that bazan actually is the person playing them the song.
Cover all bases, amiright? _________________ flickr.

EDIT for clarity: Obviously you have current law on your side. Not at all denying that. But I don't think anyone under 30 really thinks the Disney-driven copyright laws of today are tenable over the horizon of the next generation, given the technological advances of the last couple decades. |
comparing our thing to disney is laughable. HA! _________________ "Your revolution is over. Condolences. The bums lost." |

Does looking down at your wee wee from the Disney movie you're watching and then looking back up at the television count as comparing your thing to disney? _________________ Criminals are the people we punish for being a nuisance; artists are the people we reward for being a nuisance; successful businessmen are criminals disguised as artists.

not really... considering all of the videos break YouTube's Terms of Use and are not legal to start with.
there is a big bright yellow box on the page where you upload the videos on youtube. does not get any clearer than that.
"Important: Do not upload any TV shows, music videos, music concerts, or commercials without permission unless they consist entirely of content you created yourself.
The Copyright Tips page and the Community Guidelines can help you determine whether your video infringes someone else's copyright.
By clicking "Upload Video", you are representing that this video does not violate YouTube's Terms of Use and that you own all copyrights in this video or have authorization to upload it." |

I have a video that I recorded with a early 2001 nokia cell phone with a piece of plastic wrap over the lens.
I then played it back in one hand and recorded that onto VHS with the other hand on my sweet thrift store cam corder.
Then I uploaded that to an iphone to used a stupid hipster app to make it look even shittier.
Can I upload that?
