i'm still a Christian, orthodox on that Issue i think is essential to Christianity--the propitiation of sins through Christ's sacrifice--though perhaps not as orthodox on a lot else. Christendom does frustrate me immensely--it's really maddening to me sometimes--but i don't think the frustration with those who constitute the religion i fall under ought to drive me away. i'm trying not to be so bitter and condemnatory toward other Christians (who am i, after all), though i'm very bad at it.
i think i'd probably label myself Marxist politically, though i don't really align myself with socialism, communism, or anarchism at this point.
my theoretical interests include the aforementioned marxism as well as psychoanalysis and poststructuralism, and i enjoy long walks on the beach and sharing a gourd of yerba mate with that special someone.
