Anyone at these shows? Curios to know how deep in the catalog he's going.

I went last night and it was amazing. Dave seemed very giddy, full of smiles and laughing a lot. The band was pretty tight and hand a big sound even as a three piece. He only took questions twice in the set, though nothing was asked/revealed that we didn't already know. He started by saying "It's only a name change, but it feels like something different." His voice sounded a little strained and horse at times so I'm not sure if that's due to a lot of practicing, sickness, age, weed, or a mix. Overall, it was so rad to see Pedro the Lion again. Dave said he almost likes the name now. The set list is below:

Portland Night 1:

Slow & Steady Wins the Race (right next to Steve Bannon...)
Indian Summer
When They Really Get to Know You...
Nothing (biggest shock of the set for me)
Keep Swinging
Foregone Conclusions
Criticism As Inspiration
I Do
Kept Secrets
Second Best
A Mind of Her Own
Priest and Paramedics
Trouble With Boys

Of Up and Coming Monarchs
Big Trucks
Bands With Managers (Dave said he changed the name of this song to "Be Careful")

Oh, and Advance Base was amazing as always. He played 3 new songs that I loved and seemed to be really excited about playing these shows.
"I was born with a preacher's mouth and a rock and roll heart."

Wow, A Mind of Her Own. I remember last time it was a possibility in the rotation but Dave was like, no. Damn it's been a long time since I've heard that live.

Thanks for the review, sounds like a great show.
