UPDATE!!!!!


At the Bmore show, I asked Dave what the status of the Packwood Sessions was and he said it's coming together. Roderick apparently is done with Second Best, and ... someone's wife was pestering the guy doing the recording about finishing it so, from what I got from Dave's response, is that 8 of the songs are done, but now the wheels are moving and they added one more pair of song-writers/musicians to cover each others' songs (don't think Dave said who).

So there you have it. John Roderick covered Second Best. There's actually momentum on this. You heard it here first...

I'm like .org's TMZ.
