Found another... "Tracing The Grid" has melodic nods to "Someone Else's Bet"

Goddamn. Great music is invigorating.

Holy shit it took a couple of listens/reads but Tracing the Grid just fully engulfed me...

I truly forgot how powerful music can be.

This album is full of nostalgia feelings and this is another one.

Probably been a decade since a song felt magical to me, like this listen was.

Shit, man...

This record is an incredible culmination of everything else Dave has done before this. It really draws on the best of everything he's done with past projects. And both the lyrical and musical Easter eggs are great and I keep discovering new things every time I listen. There's some obvious ones and some that probably aren't so obvious. We'll have to make a master list at some point but for now I just want to enjoy this thing.

Every artist has a record that fans refer to as a 'career-defining' work, and the fact that Dave has gifted us with another candidate this far into his run is truly remarkable. Tough to put into words how much I'm loving this, but everyone in this thread has done a pretty great job of it.

(Side note: I'm really glad this board is still around.)
